This non-competitive gymnastics program has been designed to offer a fun, safe, and progressive way to learn gymnastics fundamentals. A specific curriculum is set for each level and event. The girls events are vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise, and trampoline.
For those athletes with gymnastics experience NSG offers complimentary placement evaluations and/or multiple trial classes to ensure your athlete is placed appropriately.
Introduction to Gymnastics/Bronze combo class
- 1 hour lesson once a week $45/month
- 1 hour lesson twice a week $77/month
- Monday 5:00 - 6:00 or 6:00 - 7:00
- Tuesday 5:00 - 6:00
- Wednesday 6:00 - 7:00
- Thursday 5:00 - 6:00 or 6:15-7:15
- Saturday 9:00-10:00
Silver - Upon successful completion of Intro and Bronze skill sheet
- 90 minute lesson once a week $60/month
- 90 minute lesson twice a week $95/month
- Monday 6:00 - 7:30
- Tuesday 6:00 - 7:30
- Wednesday 4:30-6;00
- Thursday 6:00 - 7:30
- Saturday 10:00-11:30
Gold - Upon successful completion of Silver skill sheet
- 120 min lesson once a week $75/month
- 120 min lesson twice a week $115/month
- Tuesday 6:00 - 8:00
- Thursday 6:00-8:00
- Saturday 10:00-12:00
Discounts
NSG offers a 10% discount off the second and third family member.
Gymnastics instruction is complimentary for the fourth family member!
- Discounts are taken off the lower tuition.
- Complimentary instruction for the fourth child does not apply to the competitive team, they will receive a 10% discount
