NSG is committed to excellence.....
The Nebraska School of Gymnastics (NSG) was developed in 1973
to fulfill the gymnastics needs of our community. Currently, NSG
is owned by Francis Allen, the head coach of the Huskers Men's
Gymnastics team.
Our program has grown to become one of the finest gymnastics
programs in the nation, promoting classes for boys ages 4-18
years old. NSG atheletes have competed in the Junior Pan
American Games, Junior Olympics, Olympic Festival and have
traveled abroad for various competitions (Junior Pacific Alliance
Championships and USA vs. Canada).
NSG gymnasts devote 18-20 hours a week in the gym, working to
strengthen and perfect their routines in hopes for State,
Regional, and National titles.
